TOP UP PROCESS

  1. You must complete the form in order with the same data from your registration in our app (name, IBAN account, email).
  2. You must select from the available currencies which are BITCOIN and USDT on the Tron network (TRC20) or the ETH network (ERC20).
  3. Once the currency and network to use have been selected, the wallet address where you must make your deposit will be displayed.
  4. The client from the wallet where they own the cryptocurrencies and that are equal to the currencies and network we operate must send their cryptocurrencies to our wallet, shown on this page.
  5. You must enter the amount in dollars. This will be validated with the currency to exchange.
  6. Once the exchange order is sent, the client will receive an email confirming the receipt of the operation request automatically. Once our staff confirms the receipt of funds to our wallet, the client will receive the confirmation of funds receipt.
  7. The processing fee for cryptocurrency top-up will be as follows:
    • a. 2.8% EXCHANGE Services
    • b. 2.2% Payment gateway that deposits to your KOI+ bank account
  8. All operations will be processed, accepted and confirmed during business hours from MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9AM to 5PM. Operations received outside business hours will be processed at the next business hour.
  9. Settlements will be made within 1 to 3 business days.
